Edge computing is the next level for data privacy. The Sentiance SDK stays secure in your app. With edge computing, the data is collected and processed directly in the app.
Customer insights such as segments, location type, transport mode, and trip insights are generated on the user's device.
Each app integration of the Sentiance SDK generates unique credentials (app ID and key). Data is segregated by app and user within append-only logs.

Protecting your personal data is of the utmost importance for Sentiance and we take the necessary precautions to safeguard your data and process it only in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When Sentiance acts as a Processor, the Controller is notified without undue delay upon becoming aware of a personal data breach, along with sufficient information to enable the Controller to fulfill its obligations. Compliance with Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) is actively monitored to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and legal requirements.
The Data shall be owned by Licensee.

If you find something, we want to hear from you. Send your findings to privacy@sentiance.com. We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days, keep you informed as the investigation progresses, and notify you when the vulnerability is resolved.
